• 毎月請求確定分を月末締めで翌月1日に請求書を発行し、5日までにEメール・SMS（ショートメッセージ）にてご案内いたします。
• 支払方法は、コンビニ払い（コンビニ設置端末）、銀行振込及び口座振替となります。
• 支払期日は、コンビニ払い及び銀行振込の場合は27日までとなります。口座振替の場合は27日*に引き落しとなります。*金融機関休業日の場合は、翌営業日
• 支払方法により、毎月のお支払（請求）毎に手数料が発生いたします。コンビニ払いの場合最大390円（税込）、銀行振込の場合は振込手数料をお客様にご負担いただきます。口座振替の場合、支払手数料は発生いたしません。

[発送・送料]
ご注文は通常、土日祝日を除く3営業日以内の発送になります。
国内発送は北海道・沖縄・その他離島を除きクロネコヤマトにて一律900円(税込)、
北海道・沖縄・その他離島は1,200円(税込)とさせて頂きます。
10,000円(税込)以上のご購入で全地域を対象に送料無料となります。
インセンスなど厚みがなく、1kg未満の商品は一律400円(税込)のポスト便での発送となります。

[返品・交換・キャンセル]
商品に不良、破損、または誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後10日以内にご連絡ください。
状況確認のため、商品の状態がわかる写真のご提供をお願いする場合があります。
内容を確認のうえ、交換または返金にて対応いたします。
交換品の在庫がない場合は返金対応とさせていただく場合があります。
不良品、破損品、誤配送品に関する返送送料は当店が負担いたします。

お客様都合による返品、交換、返金はお受けしておりません。
これには以下の場合を含みます。

・イメージと異なる場合
・注文内容の間違い
・香りや味の好みによる場合
・サイズや仕様の確認不足による場合
・配送後に不要となった場合

また、以下の商品は返品・交換・返金の対象外となります。

・開封済みまたは使用済みの商品
・お客様の責任により破損または汚損した商品
・商品到着後10日以上経過した商品
・商品ページに返品不可と記載された商品

[ご注文のキャンセルについて]
ご注文後のキャンセルは、発送準備開始前に限り承ります。
発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

[返金について]
返金が承認された場合は、元のお支払い方法または銀行振込にて返金いたします。返金処理完了まで通常5〜10営業日程度かかりますが、ご利用のカード会社または金融機関により反映時期が異なる場合があります。

[Shipping]
Orders are generally shipped within three business days, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.
International orders are shipped via EMS provided by Japan Post.

[Customs & Import Taxes]

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

[Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations]
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
We may ask you to provide photographs showing the condition of the product in order to assess the situation.
After reviewing the details, we will provide an exchange or refund, as applicable.
If a replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

・The product differs from your expectations or appears different from what you imagined
・Incorrect order details entered by the customer
・Personal preferences regarding the fragrance or taste
・Failure to confirm the product size or specifications before placing an order
・No longer needing the product after it has been shipped

The following items are also not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

・Products that have been opened or used
・Products damaged or soiled due to the customer’s responsibility
・Products for which more than 10 days have passed since delivery
・Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

[Order Cancellations]
Order cancellations are accepted only before we begin preparing the order for shipment.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been shipped.
