About Outlet Items

This product is offered as an outlet item because it may have minor imperfections that fall slightly outside our standard quality criteria.

The reasons for its outlet classification may include:

• Minor surface scratches or marks from the handmade production process
• Variations in the thickness or length of the handle
• Slight irregularities in the bamboo tines

None of these imperfections affect the performance or functionality of the Mug Chasen.

To avoid unnecessary waste of natural bamboo, we offer these items at a more accessible price, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the Mug Chasen at a special value.

We hope you’ll take this opportunity to give the Mug Chasen a try.

Please note: Outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

Make Your Everyday Matcha Easier, More Casual, and More Enjoyable.

The Souls & Mellow Original Mug Chasen is designed for use with mugs and glasses rather than traditional matcha bowls. While preserving the functionality of a traditional bamboo whisk, we developed a long-handle design that makes preparing matcha more casual and accessible for everyday use.

The extended handle makes it easier to whisk matcha in deeper vessels without your hand getting in the way. Its naturally flexible bamboo tines allow you to whisk matcha smoothly and effortlessly. The whisk can also be used to froth milk, making it suitable for a wide range of drinks, including matcha lattes and other café-style beverages.

Made from high-quality natural bamboo, the Mug Chasen offers a gentle, comfortable feel in the hand. The Souls & Mellow logo is carefully applied to the handle, adding a subtle touch of the brand to its simple, functional design.

A new kind of everyday utensil that naturally fits into a wide range of lifestyles around the world, bringing the tradition of matcha into modern, casual moments.
